Friendster is such a useful site. I managed to get in touch of my old friends whom I've lost touch for 14yrs. Some married, some still single. Really nice to know what's happening to your friends.
What the hell, maybe I'll meet up with them when I'm down in Singapore.

National Day
Malayisa's Merdeka Day falls on today, 31st Aug. But something worries me. We might be having a nuclear power plant in the future as report in the local newspaper.
Gosh...does that means that we will be able to produce nuclear weapons? Does it mean that in order to be a first world country, we need to have the ability to produce nuclear weapons like the U.S?
Fark, work around on the county's economy rather then thinking of all these stupid dreams.

Finally, I've collected my International Passport on Monday 21st Aug 06. Suddenly I felt that I can go everywhere. (^^) Now maybe if I saved up every 4 months, I can go for a holiday overseas like Macau, Thailand, China, Hong Kong.
I must start travelling now before I'm tied down by someone.

Half a Million Toilet!!!!!!!!!
Would you want to spend half a million in building one toilet in the middle of the street. I'd read an article in Chinapress newspaper saying that some government department/someone is currently building an automated, futuristic, luxury mobile toilet at Bukit Bintang's McDonalds. The costs?
Almost $ 500000.00!!!!!!!!!! Half a Million for GOD's Sake
And they will be charging $ 1.00 for every 15 mins of usage. What the fuck is this? For that amount of money, I can get myself a Double Storey house in Desa Park City. Why is there the need to build a STUPID toilet in the middle of the street? And worst of all, costing half a million? What's the purpose? For people to poo on it? CB!!!!!!!!! I can always just walk into McDonalds and do my business in their toilet, and its free too. CB, this kind of toilet was already around the world for quite some time already lar, and it's even shown on Astro Channel 33.
Now, let's do the maths, how long will it take for that toilet to consolidate all the costs spent.
Costs: $ 500000.00
Per Entry: $ 1.00 per 15mins
Per Hour: $ 4.00
Per Day: $ 96.00
Per Year: $ 96.00 x 365= $ 35040.00
Divide $ 500000 by $ 35040 = 14.26yrs
CB, it will take 14.26 years before breaking even with the costs spent to build this stupid toilet. What aboout water and maintainence costs? Who knows, till that time someone might have invented a floating-in-the-air-toilet. Or worst, maybe less then a month some idiot driving some heavy vehicles crashes into the toilet. Total Loss?
When it is open on the 25th August, I'm gonna go and try out the half a million toilet in the middle of the street. It is not an everyday chance for you to poo inside a half a million dollar toilet. I'll stop going to toilet for 1 week and make sure that I'll dump that week's shit in it.

Visit Singapore
Now, I'm planning a trip to Singapore in December 06. Currently the person interested are Nick, Olivia, Pet and me. Therefore, I'm gonna draw up an itinerary for everyone's considerations. This trip is gonna be a 3 days, 2 nights trip.
Date: Between 1st Dec - 14th Dec
Transport: Bus or Car
Lodgings: Cheap Lodgings
Places of Interests: Sentosa, Bird Park, Haw Par Villa, Singapore Zoo, Science Centre
Shopping: Anywhere, depending what you want to buy.
____________________________________________________________________
Now let's break it down in section.
The Date will be between 1st - 14th Dec as this is the time for the Christmas Light Up in Orchard Road.
Transport: If we take bus down there, it will costs approx. RM$ 53.00 per person to and fro. Plus RM$ 40.00 for the travelling in Singapore's Public Transport.
If we drive there, it will costs approx. RM$ 82.60 for Toll both ways, RM$ 140.00 for Petrol, and don't know how much for the parking and toll in Singapore. So the estimated costs will be about RM$ 300.00. There are pros and cons of driving into Singapore. Pro is that we no need to follow schedule or carry our bags (^^). Con is that we need to pay more for parking in Singapore.
Lodging: Some suggestions, Fragrance Hotel, Hotel 81, YMCA. Nothing spectacular, just some 3 stars hotel. There are just too many hotels which suits our budget. Check them out here.
Places of Interests: Sentosa is a must go for all tourists, there are a few attractions there. We will probably spend the whole day there. For the rest like Science Centre, Birdpark, Hawpar Villa, we can do them some other day. Example, we can do Science Centre and Birdpark in 1 day, or leave HarPar Villa out if you are not interested in Chinese Mythology.
Shopping: Depending what you want to buy, you can do shopping almost everywhere. Housing estates, Orchard Road, City Centre. Everywhere. So let me know what you intend to buy beforehand. I'll plan where to get the cheapest. And if you are planning to walk the whole of Orchard Road, that will probably takes about 1 day and 2 litres of sweat. (^^) So it is advisable to do shopping in the evening.
So start budgeting and planning now eh.

Rich Men Get Beautiful Wives
Love nowadays is such a funny thing. Millionaires get trophy wives. It is normal to see some rich men marrying some damn pretty wives. Like Dennis Rodman marriage to Carmen Electra. She's HOT and he is like garbage. But one thing for sure, he is rich. And the age gap is not so great.
Now let's switch our focus to Malaysia. Our region famous Siti Nurhaliza is getting married tomorrow, 21st Aug 2006, to an unknown Datuk K. The wedding costs is rumoured to be around $13Mil. Who the fark is Datuk K, why is he so rich, what is his business? Anyway rich men doesn't need to answer these questions to the commoners like us. But to spend $13Mil on 1 wedding, for GOD's sake, I can get married don't know many times. Would a normal girl marry an old man if his wealth is not a factor? I think in some cases, yes.
Why Siti choose someone who is old enough to be his father? Is money playing a big part here? I think so.
And there is one crude joke circulating, Datuk K is banking his money into SitiBank. (^^) Why not HSBC or Maybank?

Good Service
Malaysia's Immigration Department's service had improved tremendously. I reached Bandar Damansara's office at about 12.30pm and I only have to wait for 2 persons before my turn. The place is virtually empty. A great improvement since years back when the numbers will be finished even before you filled up the forms. Now this is what I want, efficiency.

PC Fair 2006
I went to the PC Fair today. Nothing spectacular about PCFair, but this year, its the first time I visit it at KLCC Convention Centre.
The weather is not very nice as it had rain in the morning.
Anyway, I reached KLCC at about 11am which was the opening time for the exhibition.
The crowd is still not there yet, but as always a lot of students are flocking the place for freebies. Even the simple plastic bags they also want.
This PCFair is not as interesting as it was when it was being held at PWTC. It was divided into a few sections, a branded section, a Audio and Video section and the normal lelong section.
This year I had the most freebies, no not the plastic bags, but these. (^^)
I've got a XBOX 360 controller , a KINGMAX 128MB SuperStick Flash Drive and a Pendrive Notebook/Utility Bag for FREE!!!!! My own estimated value is at about $140.00.
The items that I've bought are a 1GB PenDrive, a PenSkinz for my PenDrive, a Tripod for my DigiCam and 1 yr subsription of HWM Magazines.
The amount that I've spent:
1GB PenDrive = $78.00
PenSkinz = $10.00
TriPod = $19.90
Subscription = $144.00
Total = $251.90
So minus away the value of the freebies that I've got, I virtually spent about $111.90. GOOD(^^).....
Hope that Ah Chups doesn't find out that there are freebies, else he will sapu all(^^)

It has a front and centre suspension too. (^^)
Now, I can go cycling every evening.

Carrefour "OEM" Instant Noodles
Indomie, Myojo, Nissin, Maggi are some of the brands of the instant noodles that I've have tasted before. Especially their Mee Gorengs, are my favorites. I can have them every meal for months without getting bored.
Recently I tried to get some Myojo Mee Goreng at Carrefour, but it seems that they have pulled them off their shelves. I wonder why? Is it because both Carrefour and Myojo fuck smelly already? Anyway, my gf introduced me to the Carrefour "OEM" Mee Goreng, saying that its very nice and very very spicy. I was skeptical at the suggestion, but she just chuck a packet into the trolley and asked me to try it out.
Now, my PC time is showing 7.25am, about 30mins ago, I've just cooked 2 packets of them. My conclusion? It is damn farking spicy.
Go try eh....

Dreaming
I want to win the SportsToTo Big Sweep.
I want to win the first prize including the Jackpot.
If I managed to 6 Millions including the Jackpot, I'll deposit 4 Mil into fixed deposits account.
Then I'll splurge on the remaining 2 Mil the way I want it.
I'll settle my family's house loans, my car loan, then get myself a new condo in Sri Hartamas or Kepong.
Get a new RX-8 and Toyota's Wish.
I'll buy all the latest gadgets out there, whether I need them or not.
I'll stay in Genting for 1 month, go travel around the world for 2yrs staying at each country for 1 month before moving on to the next.
BUT there are 2 things I need to do first.
1) Go to sleep now and continue my Millionaire Dream
2) Go and buy the damn lottery tickets.
Got buy got chance, no buy no chance. Who knows, maybe lady luck likes my new haircut. (^^)
